When do orders get shipped with tracking numbers?

Please allow us 1-5 business days to process and ship orders out, which do not include weekends. The goal we are reaching for is to ship out orders as soon as possible satisfying every customer.

What is the process of pre orders?

Pre orders are items that have not yet been delivered to our warehouse from our vendors. In the pre order product description you will find the estimated date we will have the pre order product delivered to our warehouse. If there is a change with that estimated date our team will contact you via email to discuss the matter. 

Delivery issues

Please understand, that we are not responsible for any mail carrier delivery issues. Once package is delivered to any mail carrier of choice, it is their responsibility and all issues concerning order must be taken up with them. Once package is lost they are responsible for claim and locating the package.
